Mariners Landing Community Association, Inc. (CARE)

The Mariners Landing Community Association, Inc. (formerly Mariners Landing Master Association, Inc.) was formed in 1999 as the umbrella association for the Mariners Landing community.  It is responsible for entrance/roadside maintenance, community dumpster, streetlights, fountain lights, security, etc. within Mariners Landing.  All owners in Mariners Landing are obligated to pay annual dues to the Mariners Landing Community Association (once a dwelling is constructed).

The Community Association for Resort Expenses (CARE) program was started in 2005 as a way for businesses to contribute to the Mariners Landing community by "selling" discounts on its services to CARE members.  In addition to the base dues fee, members may opt to pay additional dues to purchase discounts on or access to desired services.

Owners fill out the 2010 Invoice for Owner Membership and return with payment, per instructions on the form.

Social membership is available for non-owners.  If you want to become a social member, fill out the 2010 Invoice for Social Membership and return with payment, per the instructions on the form.
