Mariners
Landing Community Association, Inc. (CARE)
The
Mariners Landing Community Association, Inc. (formerly Mariners Landing
Master Association, Inc.) was formed in 1999 as the umbrella association
for the Mariners Landing community. It is responsible for
entrance/roadside maintenance, streetlights,
fountain lights, CALM 24/7, etc. within Mariners Landing. All
owners in Mariners Landing are obligated to pay annual dues to the
Mariners Landing Community Association (once a dwelling is constructed).
The
Mariners Landing Community Association annual meeting for all owners is
