The boat docks at Mariners Landing are
owned by J.W. Holdings, Inc. and
managed by TPS Management Services. Mariners Landing has approximately 150
boat slips and 30 PWC slips. Regular slips can accommodate boats up to the
following criteria: 8 1/2 ft beam, 24 ft in length, and up to 5,000
pounds. The heavy duty slips can accommodate boats up to 10 ft beam, 24
ft in length, and up to 10,000 pounds (depending on boat weight
distribution). |

The amenities at Mariners Landing are also
managed by TPS Management Services. Amenities include: three
pools (plus new Cabana enclosed pool – estimated completion early 2011), hot
tubs, Cabana game room and fitness
center°,
playgrounds, volleyball court, tennis courts, fishing piers, beaches,
walking trails, picnic facilities, Pointe fitness and game rooms, kayaks,
paddleboats, etc. |
Mariners
Landing owners who are current with their amenities dues will receive a 20%
discount off the prices listed below. New
members may pay a $1,000 fee (one-time fee as long as dues don’t lapse) to get
the 20% discount.
